Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The nightly rates and minimum number of nights are dynamically adjusted every day by our software based on seasonality, availability of similar homes, and demand for short-term rental properties in the area. Demand is higher on weekends, holidays, or around regional events, and our rates reflect those fluctuations. Availability shown is six months in advance.
